On the island of Lesvos, in Greece ,at the enchanting area of Molivos Municipality, and particularly at the area called ``Saint John``, in a privileged position with panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the sunset, are situated our luxurious stone-built homes, which are for sale on a very reasonable price, in relation to all their privileges.

Our homes are ideally located at the amphitheatrical area of ``Saint John``, with a breathtaking view of the picturesque town Molivos and its medieval castle, and the nearby bay with its islets where the sun sets uniquely every evening. The area of ``Saint John`` has a rich natural environment, and the only sound that is heard is the chirping of the birds that nest at the oaks and wild pear-trees of our plots. The main municipal road is 320 m. far from our plots, in a position that allows neither visual nor sound disturbance.
Despite the fact that our homes are of luxurious standards, we are able to offer our clients incomparable prices, because we own the plots on which we built. We have focused on the orientation and the embrasures of the buildings in order to achieve the best possible conditions of temperature, lighting, view, and quality of living both in the summer and in the winter.
Our homes are stone – built with 0.50 meter thick walls, with stone – built surfaces both on the exterior and the interior walls of each house, in natural colours which blend harmonically with the surroundings. The floors of the living – room, the dining room, the bedrooms and the kitchen are made of oak wood, while the bathroom floor is covered with ceramic tiles.Each house has under floor heating, internet , tv , phone and alarm sockets. The doors and windows are made in Germany from synthetic (five- chambers) material in natural wood shades, and offer exceptional temperature isolation. Each house has its own fireplace and an ergonomic kitchen which is made of the best quality materials. The basement of our houses has a parking space ideal for car or boat, it also has w.c. as well as a large storage room. Alternatively, the basement can be converted to living space.
Every single house, has an external stone paved area of 150 sq. m. (or even larger depending on the house type) which connects the house to its own private pool. There are lighting systems at the pool and on the external stone – built walls of the houses. The pools are available in two dimensions of either 4.5 X 7.5 or 5 X 10 meters, each one with a waterfall that merges with the blue font of the Aegean Sea. Every house has a roof balcony and wooden pergola both at the ground and at the first floor. There is access to every house through a cement road. Each house has an external area which varies from 800 sq.m. to 1.900 sq.m., depending on the house type. The municipal district named ``Vafios`` is 500 meters while the municipal capital of Molivos town is 6,5 km far from our homes.
Type B homes, have a total living area of 260 sq.m. with a 1.900 sq.m. plot. This type has living –room with atrium, dining – room, kitchen, three bedrooms (there is potential for even a fourth bedroom), two bathrooms (potential for third bathroom), garage, storage – room, boiler – installation area, pool (5 X 10 m.) with waterfall. The price for each home of type B is 355.000 euros.
